Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken legs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and dried herbs.
- Rub olive oil over the chicken legs, then evenly coat with the spice mixture.
- Place chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for an additional 2 minutes at the end.
