- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked and shredded BBQ chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with shredded BBQ chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle red onions over the cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped cilantro, and slice to serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced jalapenos or drizzle additional barbecue sauce before serving.
