Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Additional cinnamon sugar for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Pour the filling over the crust. Swirl cinnamon sugar into the batter with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is just set. Let cool in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Ensure cream cheese is softened for smooth mixing.
- For a more pronounced cinnamon flavor, sprinkle extra cinnamon sugar on top before baking.
- Chill for a few hours or overnight for best flavor and texture.
