- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce or chili flakes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Mix honey and hot sauce in a bowl, then pour over chicken.
- Top each piece with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

- You can adjust the heat level by changing the amount of hot sauce.
