- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 200g egg noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken and garlic, stirring well to coat.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine and heat through, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

- Adjust garlic and soy sauce to taste.
- For extra spice, add red chili flakes or sliced chili peppers.
- Use chicken thighs for a juicier result.
