- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub chicken tenders with olive oil, then coat evenly with the sugar mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped bacon over the tenders and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through, turning once halfway.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2 minutes at the end.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
