Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken chunks and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Pour over chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Add pineapple chunks to the skillet and cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry, then pour into the skillet to thicken the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
