A simple and healthy recipe for honey garlic turkey meatballs infused with sweet honey and aromatic garlic, perfect for a nutritious meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, soy sauce, grated ginger, egg, almond flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
