- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place in the crockpot.
- Mix sweet chili sauce, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Adjust spice level by adding more chili sauce if desired.
