Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha or hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in honey and sriracha, cooking for 1 minute to create the spicy honey glaze.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the glaze over it, and sprinkle with feta cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha to control spice level.
- Use feta cheese or substitute with ricotta salata, cotija, or shredded mozzarella if desired.
- For extra crispy chicken, consider air frying instead of skillet cooking.
