- 4 boneless pork chops
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork chops until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer pork chops to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together garlic, Parmesan, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, remove cooked pork chops and simmer the sauce in a saucepan until reduced to desired consistency.
