- 1 block (8 oz) of shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapenos
- 1 package (about 10 oz) tortilla chips
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar, cream cheese, bacon bits, diced tomatoes, green onions, and jalapenos.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden around the edges.
- Remove from oven and top with extra green onions or cilantro if desired.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips and enjoy your cheesy party dip!
Notes
- You can add cooked ground beef or chicken for extra protein.
- Adjust the heat level by adding more or fewer jalapenos.
- This dip can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
