Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- Cooked rice and steamed vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Cook for another 3-4 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, serve hot with rice and vegetables.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra spice.
- Serve with crusty bread or over mashed potatoes for variation.
