Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shredded chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring well.
- Reduce heat and stir in softened cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Mix in shredded mozzarella cheese and remove from heat.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center, fold the sides, and roll tightly.
- Cook in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes for crispiness.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
