Instructions

- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in mashed bananas and sour cream until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
