- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped tomatoes, spinach, or bell peppers
Instructions
- Start by melting the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- If using pre-cooked chicken, dice or shred it. For raw chicken, cook until fully done then shred or chop.
- Spread garlic butter over each tortilla, then add cooked chicken in the center. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan, and optional herbs or vegetables.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese melts. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes until crispy.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, finish wraps on the stove or in the oven.
- Use fresh garlic and herbs for best flavor.
- Make vegetarian by replacing chicken with tofu or vegetables.
- Wraps can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheated in an air fryer or microwave.
