  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Start by melting the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. If using pre-cooked chicken, dice or shred it. For raw chicken, cook until fully done then shred or chop.
  3. Spread garlic butter over each tortilla, then add cooked chicken in the center. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan, and optional herbs or vegetables.
  4. Fold the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese melts. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes until crispy.
