- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place chicken breasts on a sheet pan and brush with half of the sauce mixture.
- Arrange pineapple chunks and sliced vegetables around the chicken on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Brush with remaining sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
