Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- During the last minute, place cheese slices on patties to melt.
- Toast buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble burgers: place lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on bottom buns, add patties, then top with bacon and condiments.
- Cover with top buns and serve hot with fries or sides.
