Instructions
- Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

- Reduce heat to low and add butter and minced garlic to the pan.
- Cook, spooning garlic butter over steaks for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove steaks and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
