- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese, pepperoni, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Top with the second tortilla and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Carefully flip and cook the other side for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of pepperoni and cheese to taste.
- For extra flavor, add sliced olives or jalapenos.
