- 1 prepared pizza dough
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with olive oil evenly.
- Arrange lemon slices over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil and parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
